Becca Madera was born locally here on O’ahu and graduated from McKinley High School. She started dancing when she was 3 years old has been going strong ever since. She began training with Honolulu Dance Studio at the age of 10 and has learned multiple styles including Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary and Hip Hop. Becca is now in her 14th year of teaching dance to all ages, levels and styles with teaching over 15 classes a week. She is currently the Director of Boogiedown Hawaii Crew and Honolulu Dance Studio Seniors, winning multiple top awards for choreography. Becca also co-directs at Xstatic Dance Studio in Manoa. She has also helped choreograph Crossing Rain’s music videos and assisted with their dance training. Dance has become her full time career with 7 days of dance a week and hopes to continue to pour her heart into the next generation. Happy Dancing!!
